The ***ergent powder packaging line has two types of packaging solutions: one is semi-automation packaging machine. It consists of several semi-automation weighing machines which can package 50g¡«5kg. Then it will be manually be sealed by a Heat Sealing Machines.
The other packaging line is made of Automatic Form Fill & Seal ***ergent powder packaging machine. It automatically makes pouches or sackets, automatically metering or weighing, then automatically fill the pouches being cut bag by bag. Then it will manually be packed into big bag. Easy packages changeover by your requirements which you just need to change the pouch formation formers. Automatically and pneumatically film pulling which avoids sealing failure. It explores vibratory weighing system that is nowadays been used widely. Unilever, Proctor & Gambler, Liby as well as other leading ***ergent powder co***ny use this weighing system.
There are two ***ergent powder feeding methods: one is fed by elevator. It uses bucket hopper type elevator or Z type hopper elevator to feed the ***ergent powder to the buffer silo on the weighing machine. The other method is that the packaging machine is directly been linked with the production line by belt conveyor. |
